Improving the Station Waiting Areas

The town’s passenger panel is sending evidence to the railway company before improvements are planned at the station. Prepare the formal report that the panel will submit to the regional customer services manager, using the survey results provided.

You should:

  • describe the clearest patterns in the survey results
  • explain what the evidence suggests about passengers’ priorities
  • recommend which improvement should be dealt with first and how the manager could begin introducing it

You may organise your report under these headings: Introduction, Survey Findings, Priority Improvement and Conclusion.
