She randomly selected six members at a local health club who kept detailed logs of their weekly routines. At the end of a typical week, she recorded their weekly exercise hours and asked them to rate their average daily mood.

Sarah asked the members to rate their daily mood on a scale of 1 to 5 (where 1 was very low mood and 5 was very high mood).

The results of Sarah's study are shown in Table 1.
