The researchers obtained informed consent from 60 participants to track their meditation minutes over a three-week period. After three weeks, the participants' emotional resilience was measured using a standardised scale (ranging from 10 to 50, where higher scores indicate greater emotional resilience).

Table 1 shows the data collected from a sample of 9 of these participants.
