Researchers wanted to investigate whether virtual reality (VR) guided mindfulness sessions during work breaks influence perceived workplace stress and team collaboration. In an observational study, 60 corporate team dyads were observed.
At the end of a two-week trial, to measure perceived workplace stress and team collaboration, ranked scale questions were used where 1 indicated extremely low stress (stress) or poor collaboration (team collaboration) and 10 indicated extremely high stress / outstanding collaboration.
