A clinical psychologist investigated cognitive distortion scores in two groups of patients diagnosed with depression. Patients in Group A received Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and patients in Group B received Applied Relaxation. Each patient completed a cognitive distortion questionnaire (where higher scores indicate greater negative cognitive bias) and was given an overall score. The psychologist calculated the mean, median, and mode for each group. The results are shown in Table 1 below.

Using the data in Table 1, explain how the distribution of scores in Group A differs from the distribution of scores in Group B.
