Table 2: The number of minutes of daily physical exercise for each participant (labelled A – J) and their self-reported anxiety scores.

In order to analyse the relationship, each participant recorded their daily exercise duration and completed an anxiety questionnaire. The anxiety questionnaire yields a score out of 20, where 0 indicates no anxiety and 20 indicates extreme anxiety.
