A researcher investigated the impact of post-event discussion on eyewitness recall accuracy. Participants in Condition A (Discussion group) discussed what they saw in a video of a minor crime with a co-witness (confederate) before being tested on their recall. Participants in Condition B (Individual group) recalled the details individually with no prior discussion.
