Nearly all of it is in Settings: your username, password, avatar, subjects, target grades, year group, school and exam dates. The exception is your email address, which you cannot change yourself. Email us and we will move the account to the new address for you.
Your email address is how you sign in, so it is deliberately not editable from settings. Ask us and we will move the account across, keeping your progress, subjects and subscription on it.
Your exam board is not a separate setting. It follows from the subjects you have added, so the way to change board is to change the subject: remove the one on the wrong board and add the same subject on the right one. Your settings show the boards you are currently set up for, so you can check at a glance.
Your first and last name come from how you signed up, either from what you typed or from your Google, Apple or Microsoft account, and there is no field for editing them afterwards. The username is the one that is under your control and the one that appears around the site.
Settings also has an option to reset your progress, which is separate from deleting your account. It clears what you have done while leaving the account, your subjects and any plan intact, which is useful at the start of a new year or if you have been testing things out.
Deleting the account insteadTell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead. If it is about your account or a payment, send it from the email address on the account so we can find you.
