Start with constraints, not ambition
Mark lessons, travel, meals, sleep, activities and genuine rest first. Revision belongs in the remaining time. A plan that requires you to ignore ordinary life is not ambitious; it is inaccurate.
Keep some space unallocated. This gives you somewhere to move an important task when plans change, without pushing every later session backwards.
