Write a VB.Net program to check if a new recovery passphrase has been set and confirmed correctly by a user.

Your program must:

  • get the user to input a new recovery passphrase
  • get the user to input the passphrase a second time to confirm it
  • output the message Passphrase updated: along with the passphrase if both entered values are the same
  • output the message Failure: Non-matching inputs if the entered values do not match.

You should use meaningful variable name(s) and correct VB.Net syntax in your answer.
