Write a Python program that inputs a single character and checks to see if it is an uppercase letter of the English alphabet or not.

Your program should work as follows:

• gets the user to enter a character and stores it in a suitably named variable
• determines if the entered character is an uppercase letter (between 'A' and 'Z' inclusive)
• outputs UPPERCASE if the user has entered an uppercase letter
• outputs NOT UPPERCASE if the user has entered any other character.

You should use meaningful variable name(s), correct Python syntax and proper indentation in your answer.
