Write a C# program that allows a courier company to calculate how much a parcel delivery should cost.

The program should:

  • allow the user to enter the parcel weight in kilograms (no validation is required)
  • allow the user to enter the delivery distance in miles (no validation is required)
  • calculate the delivery cost by:
    • charging £0.75 for every kilogram
    • charging a further £1.20 for every mile
  • output the final delivery cost.

You should use meaningful variable name(s), correct syntax and indentation in your answer.
