Dr Vance conducted an experiment to investigate the effect of blue-light blocking glasses on evening visual fatigue. Participants read a digital tablet screen for two hours before bedtime. One group wore standard clear glasses, while the other group wore blue-light blocking glasses. Visual fatigue was measured on a scale from 0 to 50, where higher scores indicate greater fatigue.
