An investigation was carried out to study the effect of applying a rooting powder containing the plant hormone auxin to stem cuttings of rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis).
In Group A, the cuttings were dipped in the auxin rooting powder before planting.
In Group B, the cuttings were dipped in water only (control) before planting.
Each group consisted of 80 cuttings, and all other environmental conditions were kept identical.
