Priya, a secondary school biology teacher, has been experiencing high levels of stress. She has been tasked with rewriting her department's entire curriculum under a very tight deadline for an upcoming inspection, on top of her full teaching timetable. She cannot upload her drafts because the school's intranet database is locked, and she must wait for an external IT team to grant her access, but they have been completely unresponsive. Outside of work, Priya's father was recently diagnosed with a chronic illness and is transitioning into a care home. Additionally, this morning she spilled coffee all over her computer keyboard, rendering it unusable just before her first class.
