One story, two listening experiences

An original audio drama has been performed in front of an audience and released as a recording. You attended the performance and later listened to the recording.

Write a review for teenage readers of an arts and culture website, judging how well the drama works in each form. You may invent the drama and its details.

You could include:

• the plot and the performers
• how voices, sound effects and the audience are used
• what changes between the live show and the recording
• whether you would recommend one version, both or neither.

You may also use your own ideas.

Your response will be assessed for communication and organisation, and for vocabulary, sentence structures, spelling and punctuation. The total includes 16 marks for vocabulary, sentence structures, spelling and punctuation.
