Question 1

Dev and Sasha are preparing for a quarterly performance review at their marketing firm. Dev is determined to secure the highest performance bonus in the department and admits he gets highly irritated when colleagues work slower than him. He frequently monitors his team's sales figures to make sure he is ahead. Sasha, on the other hand, believes that as long as she does her best, there is no need to worry about the bonus or stress over other people’s progress; she prefers a relaxed approach to her clients.

Research has shown that certain personality types are more susceptible to the harmful physical consequences of stress than others.

Explain whether Dev or Sasha is more likely to suffer the negative physical effects of stress. Refer to psychological research in your explanation.
