The queue at dusk
The queue was orderly, following the painted line rather than spreading across the pavement. It was slow-moving because each booking required a different combination of seats and dates. A member of staff walked along it, answering questions that did not need access to the computer. When my turn finally came, the exchange took less than two minutes. Waiting had made it seem as though everyone ahead of me must be asking for something unreasonable.
From the passage, select two words or phrases that describe the queue outside the office.
