A psychologist wanted to investigate the digital media habits of primary school children. Twelve families took part in the study. The researcher asked one parent from each family to keep a daily media diary for two weeks, recording the types of apps and screen activities their child engaged with. Following this, the researcher decided to conduct semi-structured interviews with some of these parents.
