A study was conducted to compare the effectiveness of two academic focus-enhancing techniques over a 3-week period. Participants in Group 1 used a binaural beats audio playlist daily during study sessions, while participants in Group 2 practiced the Pomodoro technique (structured work-break intervals) daily. Subjective focus levels were measured both before and after the 3-week intervention using a self-report attentional focus questionnaire (where a higher score indicates greater focus).
| Group | Pre-intervention focus score | Post-intervention focus score |
|---|---|---|
| Group 1 (Binaural Beats) | 38 | 55 |
| Group 2 (Pomodoro) | 41 | 68 |
