The unfamiliar file format
The recording should have taken a few minutes to send. Instead, the receiving computer could not open the file type. Converting it produced a version too large for the upload limit. A lower-quality version fitted, but the quietest interview answers became difficult to hear. The original names of the files gave no indication of which interviewee was speaking. Our internet connection then dropped twice during the transfer. The deadline remained that evening, and the editor needed the recordings before she could check the written account against them.
Describe the difficulties of delivering usable interview recordings. You may support your points with brief quotations.
