Question 102

Before the coach trip

On Thursday afternoon, I checked the forms for the next day's school trip. Three had been returned without the pupil's name. On two others, a crease in the paper concealed part of the emergency telephone number. Several forms had not been signed. One parent had written only ‘special diet’, without providing any further information.

Describe the problems the narrator encounters while checking the forms. You may support your points with brief quotations.
