Some students are investigating the electrical properties of resistors connected in parallel.

They set up a circuit containing a cell, an ammeter, and three identical resistors connected in parallel.

A circuit diagram containing a cell at the top, connected in series with an ammeter on the right-hand side. The circuit loop contains a parallel network of three identical resistors arranged vertically in parallel with each other on the left-hand side. There are blank wires on either side of this parallel network where another component can be added in parallel.

On the circuit diagram, draw a voltmeter connected to measure the potential difference (p.d.) across this parallel combination of resistors.
