A construction worker is trying to lift a heavy concrete block using a steel crowbar as a lever, as shown in the diagram below.

A concrete block weighing 1500 N is resting on the left end of the crowbar at a distance of 0.2 m from the pivot.

The worker cannot lift the block in this current position because the clockwise moment they produce is less than the anticlockwise moment of the block.

Explain one change to the arrangement of the lever that would make it possible for the worker to lift the concrete block using the same downward force of 400 N.
