The reading lamp test

The library tested a clip-on reading lamp. At the desk nearest the window, its clamp slipped whenever the desk was moved. In the reading corner, its cable did not reach the nearest socket, so the lamp had to be placed on the floor. On the middle table, it stayed firmly attached and lit the page clearly.
