Your school is planning a short self-guided route for families who have not visited before. Some pupil volunteers want the route to cover as many places as possible; others think it should focus on a few places and give visitors time to understand them. Visitors may also be unfamiliar with school routines.
Write a guide section for pupil volunteers advising them on planning the route and its instructions. Explain how they can choose what to include, help visitors understand what they see, and check whether the route works before it is used.
You may also use your own ideas.
Your response will be assessed for communication and organisation, and for vocabulary, sentence structures, spelling and punctuation. The total includes 16 marks for vocabulary, sentence structures, spelling and punctuation.
