  • the destination country (as a string)
  • the package weight in kilograms (as a float/real)
  • whether express shipping is requested (as a boolean)

It returns the estimated shipping cost.

Write program code, using either OCR Exam Reference Language or a high-level programming language that you have studied, that uses estimateDeliveryCost() to output the estimated shipping cost for a 14.5 kg package being sent to "Canada" with express shipping requested.
