A student is carrying out an acid-base titration to determine the concentration of a sodium hydroxide solution. Before pipetting 25.0 cm3 of the sodium hydroxide solution into a conical flask, they rinse the inside of the pipette with distilled water but fail to rinse it with the sodium hydroxide solution.
