A homozygous white-flowered plant with genotype aaBB aaBB\,aaBB is crossed with a homozygous pink-flowered plant with genotype AAbbAAbbAAbb. All of the F1 F_1\,F1​ offspring are blue-flowered. Two F1 F_1\,F1​ plants are crossed with each other to produce the F2 F_2\,F2​ generation.
