How does proximity to urban green spaces affect mental well-being? A team of environmental psychologists investigated this by conducting an online survey. They posted a participation link on several local community forums. The survey asked respondents to rate their agreement with the statement: "The new community park expansion has significantly improved my mental well-being." Ratings were on a scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 10 (strongly agree). Some of the raw agreement ratings from the first twenty respondents under 30 years old and the first twenty respondents over 30 years old to complete the survey are presented in the table below.
