A researcher is investigating the impact of sleep hygiene interventions on the cognitive performance of night-shift logistics workers. She recruits a purposive sample of warehouse dispatchers aged 21 to 40. The participants will be asked to wear a sleep-tracking smart ring for 10 consecutive nights to monitor their sleep patterns.
