Researchers investigated the psychological impact of fully remote working on software developers. Participants recorded daily 3-minute video diaries over a two-week period, describing their daily routine, feelings of isolation, and physical workspace setup.
There were 48 participants in the study: twelve software developers from each of four multinational tech firms.
