Many teenagers claim that using social media before bed affects their sleep quality. A sociologist decided to investigate this claim. Fifty teenage students from a local secondary school volunteered to take part in the study. They each answered the following question:
'Do you think that your sleep quality is 'better', 'worse' or 'the same' after using social media in the hour before sleeping?'
She obtained the results in Table 1.
Table 1: Responses to question - 'Do you think that your sleep quality is 'better', 'worse' or 'the same' after using social media in the hour before sleeping?'
