Marcus's Scenario

Marcus is an HR Manager who wants to encourage employees at his company to use active travel (cycling or walking to work) rather than driving.

He introduces a £5 daily parking fee for any employee who drives a car to work alone.

Marcus also offers a free breakfast voucher at the office canteen to any employee who cycles or walks to work.
