Healthy Cooking Week Scenario

At a local high school, teachers participated in 'Healthy Cooking Week' to encourage students to develop better culinary skills and nutrition habits. The week featured live cooking demonstrations by different staff members during lunchtime in the main hall.

Two of the teachers discussed their experiences at the end of the week.

Mr. Davis said, "That cooking demo was fantastic! I felt so proud to win the 'Master Chef' trophy in front of the whole school, and the students were cheering. They saw how much fun it is to make nutritious food, and I really think it will motivate them to try these recipes at home!"

Mrs. Albright replied, "It is easy for you, Mr. Davis. You are the cool, young chemistry teacher whom all the students look up to. In my demonstration, I accidentally burnt the stir-fry and set off the smoke alarm. The students looked so mortified for me. I think I've convinced them that healthy cooking is a stressful disaster!"

Apart from mediational processes, use your knowledge of social learning theory to explain Mr. Davis's and Mrs. Albright's comments.
