Two clinical researchers, Dr. Aris and Dr. Bowen, are reviewing the developmental profiles of two adolescent patients, Patient J and Patient K.

  • Dr. Aris reports on Patient J: "This patient presents with a karyotype showing a total of 45 chromosomes. Physically, they exhibit short stature and a webbed neck. Cognitive testing reveals significant deficits in non-verbal spatial reasoning, alongside highly advanced verbal comprehension skills."
  • Dr. Bowen reports on Patient K: "This patient has a karyotype containing 47 chromosomes (XXY). Physically, they present with underdeveloped secondary sexual characteristics, very long limbs leading to a tall stature, and a softer body shape. They have a history of specific learning difficulties, particularly in phonological processing and reading speed."

Using the clinical reports for Patient J and Patient K, outline both Turner's syndrome and Klinefelter's syndrome.
