GustoFlow, the smart kitchen ecosystem and automated recipe subscription provider, reported a substantial surge in quarterly operating profits following its acquisition of the urban vertical-farming pioneer, AeroGreen. This integration means GustoFlow now controls 24% of the premium UK organic-subscription market. The group announced that its operating profits for the third quarter of the fiscal year reached £18.5 \pounds 18.5\,£18.5 million, up from £11.2 \pounds 11.2\,£11.2 million prior to the acquisition.

Marcus Vance, GustoFlow’s managing director, remarked: "We will maintain a multi-tier subscription strategy so households can customise their plans across GustoClassic, AeroFresh, and LiteBite, aligning with their weekly cooking patterns. Integrating AeroGreen’s urban farming facilities directly with our smart-appliance data allows automated, hyper-local harvesting and automated kitchen-to-door delivery. This integration enables us to offer consumers fresher, highly sustainable ingredients while reducing carbon footprints, securing long-term loyalty."
