A neighbourhood centre is creating a temporary exhibition from objects and written memories lent by local residents. Shortly before the exhibition opens, there is less display space than expected, some labels are incomplete and some lenders have requested changes.
Write a guide for the young volunteers helping to complete the exhibition. Explain how to check the material, make justified choices when everything will not fit, communicate changes sensitively to lenders and visitors, and evaluate the likely consequences before decisions are finalised.
Your work will be assessed on communication and adaptation to audience and purpose (27 marks), and organisation and technical accuracy (18 marks).
