Question 9

Before the class visit

On Monday, I had to finish an information sheet for our class visit. Most of the details were in one clear email, but the email gave the return time as 4.15 while the booking form said 4.45. The museum's telephone number had been copied with one digit missing. At lunchtime, revised lunch instructions arrived, although thirty copies of the sheet had already been printed. The completed sheet had to be sent home that afternoon, leaving little time to check and reprint it.

Describe four problems that could prevent the information sheet from being accurate. You may use brief quotations to support your points.
