Question 6

The library trolley

At lunchtime, Mina wheeled a trolley of returned books into the school library. Rain tapped against the windows and her friends were waiting beneath the shelter outside. Even so, she matched the number on every book with the shelf label before sliding it into place. When the trolley was empty, she quietly pushed it back beside the desk and joined her friends.

Select one word or phrase from the passage which shows that Mina checks where each book belongs.
