When two amino acids are aligned next to each other, an enzyme-catalysed reaction joins them together via a ‾\underline{\hspace{3cm}} bond.
The ribosome, which is made of proteins and ‾\underline{\hspace{3cm}}, moves along the mRNA to translate the next codon.
This sequential addition of amino acids builds a growing polymer called a ‾\underline{\hspace{3cm}} chain.
