Current, potential difference and resistance

Current, potential difference and resistance

Current, potential difference and resistance describe how charge moves and how energy is transferred in a circuit. Current III is the rate of flow of charge, potential difference VVV is energy transferred per unit charge, and resistance RRR tells you how much a component opposes the current.

  3. /Resistance and circuit components

Step-by-step lessons covering Edexcel GCSE Physics Resistance and circuit components for Foundation and Higher tier. Each lesson works through exam-style questions in Paper 1 and Paper 2 format. Master the required practical work and core equations early, since both papers can draw on content and maths skills from across the whole specification.
