Compressed air produces a pressure difference of 160 000 Pa160\,000\ \text{Pa}160000 Pa across the actuator's piston. The piston has an area of 0.0015 m2.

To lift the shutter, the actuator must push upwards on it with a force of more than 220 N.

Explain whether the actuator raises the shutter.
