A spanner gripping a bolt (the pivot) on the left. A downward force of 18.0 N is applied perpendicular to the handle at the right end. The distance from the center of the bolt to the line of action of the force is 0.25 m.

Calculate the moment of the 18.0 N force about the center of the bolt.

Use the equation:
