Paths through circuits
Paths through circuits
A series circuit has components connected in one loop, so charge has only one path. A parallel circuit contains separate branches, giving charge more than one path.
Step-by-step lessons covering AQA GCSE Physics 2.2 Series and parallel circuits for Foundation and Higher tier. Each lesson breaks down 2.2 Series and parallel circuits, then works through exam-style questions in Paper 1 and Paper 2 format. Build a strong grip on equations, units and Key Stage 3 fundamentals before tackling the more demanding topics like electromagnetism, the particle model of matter and space physics.
