A designer tests an alternator for a small wind turbine. An oscilloscope is connected across the alternator.
The table shows the results for three tests.
| Test | Rotation rate of coil in rotations per second | Number of turns on coil | Peak potential difference in V | Frequency of output in Hz |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A | 20 | 400 | 6.0 | 20 |
| B | 30 | 400 | 9.0 | 30 |
| C | 30 | 800 | 18.0 | 30 |
The alternator will operate with a coil of 600 turns rotating at 50 rotations per second. Assume that the patterns shown by the results continue.
Calculate the peak potential difference and the frequency of the output when the alternator is operating.
