A concrete garden step is in the shape of a prism with an L-shaped cross-section, as shown in the diagram below.

Calculate the total surface area of the concrete step.

An L-shaped prism. The cross-section has a total length of 15 cm and a maximum height of 10 cm. The first step level is at a height of 5 cm and has a length of 7 cm. The back step level is at height 10 cm and has a length of 8 cm. The width (depth) of the step is 20 cm.
