A diagram of a circle with center M. Points P, Q, and R are on the circumference. Line segments MP, MQ, and MR are drawn from the center to the points. Angle PMR is the central angle, and angle PQR is the inscribed angle.

Prove that angle PMR PMR\,PMR is twice the size of angle PQRPQRPQR. You must not use any circle theorems in your proof.
