A geometric diagram shows a circle with center OOO. A horizontal line MRN MRN\,MRN is tangent to the circle at point RRR. Points P P\,P and Q Q\,Q are on the circumference. Chords PR PR\,PR and QR QR\,QR are drawn.

Prove that angle NRQ NRQ\,NRQ and angle RPQ RPQ\,RPQ are equal.
