What does the gradient of a straight line represent?
The intercept of the line (where it crosses the horizontal or vertical axis).
The position of the line (how far it is from the coordinate axes).
The length of the line (how far it travels between its two endpoints).
The steepness of the line (how much it goes up or down for every 1 unit across).
